Protects the Acid Mantle: The pH value of the soap-free Deumavan Washing Lotion of approx. 4.5 is adapted to that of intimate skin, thereby preserving its natural acid mantle, which plays a vital role in defending against harmful germs.
Reduces Germs: Cleansing with Deumavan Washing Lotion can reduce the number of germs that cause infections in the intimate and anal areas, the vagina, and the urinary tract, or that can lead to inflammation (e.g., razor burn, razor bumps).

Deumavan Washing Lotion can also be used as a shaving lotion for the intimate area, instead of shaving foam. After cleansing, apply it again — slightly foamed up — to the area to be shaved. Application

Deumavan Washing Lotion is suitable for daily cleansing and care of the external female and male genital areas. “Less is more”—this is especially true when it comes to cleansing the intimate area. Frequent and prolonged contact with water, especially hot water, strips the intimate skin of its natural oils. This can leave the skin dry, rough, and cracked, creating entry points for infection-causing germs. The fats in the washing lotion prevent the intimate skin from drying out during cleansing. Especially for stressed, dry, and rough intimate skin or sore skin in the anal area, it is recommended to apply Deumavan Protective Ointment afterward.
