We are an independent family-owned company, founded in 2002 by Prof. Dr. Eiko E. Petersen, who was one of Germany’s leading gynecologists, infectiologists, and microbiologists during his lifetime. Based on his extensive clinical experience—and with great dedication—he developed the medical “Deumavan Protective Ointment.” This product has become a problem-solver for many women and men suffering from skin issues in the sensitive intimate area. He placed great importance on ease of use and the excellent skin compatibility of the protective ointment. Today, we are fully committed to his legacy and his passion.
